kryptview glitching

    hi is anyone else getting glitching all the time been happening for about 4 days on all channels have rescanned channels and software is upto date.could it be a connection problem or is it happening everyware im in london area

    yeah happening here in belfast must be a server problem.

    still glitching here teeside (but not as bad) and nearly all +1 channels still missing and a few others as well. Dsc shed been missing 2 weeks now.

    has there been any newer firmware updates? not been on here for a while and not used the box for while either...cheers

    Check the box menu for updates, you should be checking and updating the box regulary when the updates are available, this is what is causing problems for people, not updating the box and missing firmware updates

    is it just my area (teeside) or anyone else having probs, started thur got worse yesterday and almost unwatchable today.

    only virmin probs are catchup tv.

    really bad here in belfast too, hard to watch.lets hope they get on top of the problem soon.Still doing a reasonably good job all the same.

    Still glitching here in liverpool 'BAD' and sum channels missing. SYFI for days now.
