did you select the correct net id on the scan? have you got the coax in the correct connection at the back of the TV?

never tried the coax in the tv didnt know you had to do that thought it had to go in the kryptview box as it has a screw end i will need to get a converter for the end of the coax cable to go from a screw to a smooth so that it fits the tv my net-id is edinbrough 1 as i live in fife thats the nearest to me

you need both a cable feed and a net feed 24/7 to the box

Try turning off router & box then re-booting router & box
Your right co-axial cable Connects to Kryptvu. Do a FAC-RESET & scan using different NET-ID.
If you have a box from cable provider look in menu to find correct NET-ID. Failing this try a
    scan using diff. provider.
These solutions are assuming that you have flashed the correct firmware to your box.
    Kryptvu A750 09/09/2010 is for A750 with i-connector
    Kryptvu A780 09/09/2010 is for A780-LAN
Both firmware links are listed under E45's signature.
With A750 make sure i-connect is connected to router & serial port on A750
With A780 make sure LAN-port on box is connected to router.
