Guys Could any body help here I am having a lot of trouble with my picture format it keeps changing all the time while I am watching.Its going all sorts of shapes and sizes at random.
Sounds like one of your settings TV or box is set to auto. Fix settings on TV & box to same format, e.g. have both 16:9 or have both widescreen, or whatever format you wish once both are same. Don't forget to save new settings
