kryptview sound

the sound on my box is very low and crackly like scart not in right but even changed scart and still the same any ideas

 

try volume and audio controls and alter,you are using the correct net id and any splitters in use?

 

thanks for reply tried everything,eventually fixed it by turning radio stations on then when i went back to tv it was fine annoyed the living daylight out me.cheers
