    hi
    im having problems with the kryptview is frozen and i have switched it on and off several times. The remote is pretty poor freezing more than its on (new batteries).

    I had lost a few channels and was searching for more, but no more added, could my firmware have gone, I done factory reset first.

    any help would be appreciated.
