krypview now glitching?

    anyone else having this problem with glitching
    mainly on discovery channels?

    yh im having the same problem with all channels apart from sly sports and the ones u can get without lan...tbh i wish the kv guys would just turn off the server until its completely sorted instead of all this glitch

    yeah sly sports is ok but others arhhhhhhhh
    how come we get only a few channels i dont get it?

    As I said the other day, they are running one server and also bringing the service back up, so your going to get glitches until its back to full service level

    This is a genuine question, I'm not having a go.

    Why can they not bring multiple servers up at the same time? The load on one server will surely end up killing it with all the requests. Playing devils advocate, is KV pulling the same trick as SV and drip feeding to generate more sales of outstanding stock?

    Honestly, I dont know Balcee, I doubt it's down to drip feeding, its more down to genuine issues and getting that extra server up

    Is anyone in Scotland receiving any channels, and if you are what firmware are you running? I have got nothing, using the Edinburgh link, fed up with rescans etc and seeing nothing, yet others are receiving sly sports at least(I would be happy with that).

    I would appreciate some form of confirmation

    In the Glasgow area, dont have any channels either would not worry to much am sure they will come back on. running the 24/03/2011 firmware.

    Update guys, I am now receiving the 123 with sly sports also espn. thanks to the guys at KV for getting us up and running again.

    yes, always put the latest firmware on any box, update the box and then scan for the chans, use the search function above for the Kryptview guides
