Hi all my kv780 went off around an hour ago in widnes except for fta channels. This seems to happen daily to me & usually a reset & scan gets it on again but not all the time. I have tested the cable lan with a laptop & it’s fine, I have factory defaulted & found 51 TP’s. A scan finds all channels at around 77-82%. Everything is there including info in EPG for each program, but they remain scrambled? Any ideas?
What do you use to get your box to work, is your box hardwired to the router, or are you using homeplugs or what? As you can see on the forum here there is not many reports this suggests its down to a net fault.
have you done the usual fix power off at rear box modem and router for 30 secs then on? usually no ip addy hence the bad or scrambled.
