turned on this morning and no channels even 1-5 signal normal but q is 0 but box as internet connection checked traffic reports work etc
you will get the traffic regardless of it been connected to the cable or not, as that does not come from your cable that comes via your net from a website. The reason you have no channels is because your cable, has either been cut off or there is a breakdown in your area, the 0% shows that no signal been returned on your cable tv side, regardless of you having BB.
