Hey everyone My laptop CD Drive after 3 months of no use, now dosent work, I tried to boot up a win xp CD for reformatting but it did boot up and when in windows after several tries it still didnt run even in windows. Does someone know if its a complete CD Drive falure and dead, or is there a way to fix it? Its a Compaq Armada 3000 , Thanks for looking
try cleaning the laser lens with isopropyl alcohol & a q-tip. also edit your sig to conform to forum specs. 2. An image-only signature should be less than 50kb in size, and be at most 500 pixels wide and 200 pixels tall.
ok thank you, were would i get this kind of equipment? as its obviously not any alcohol. thanks, i removed the signature aswell
