Can anyone help please,i just inherited a laptop,the problem im having is it has skype yahoo messenger and windows live messenger installed.But i dont seem able to access any of them with my log in name and normal passwords,can anyone please tell me either how i restore factory setting onto the lap top,or any ideas of how i can get access
ive got the recovery disc but im not sure what to ajust to be able to recovery the computer to it original setting
when you run the recovery disk you will lose skype yahoo messenger and windows live messenger and everything else, so there is nothing to ajust! just let it do it's thing, good luck
