law suit against apple?

    i heard that there was a law suit against apple because ipod have a low battery life and the sound quality was low. is this true?

    IF im not mistaken the lawsuit was because the sound was louder than standereds and also they fixed the battery problem buy making the puschase price cheaper from 100 to 59.99
