I fell that Afterdawn put the safety forum here for people to get to know each other so let’s try to do that, shal we?! So hers what you do! All you do is just reply and state your full name! You also find someone’s full name and state it along with there user name! Once someone els states your name again you find someone else’s name and state it! Make sense? I will start!

@Domreis, I think that this is another useless thread started by you. We already have the Shoutbox where I am certain that members who want to communicate with each other use to advantage.

It's interesting and informative, you can usually learn where the member is from, his/her status and when he/she joined.

If you want to increase your post count then you are at AD for the wrong reasons, go out into the forums and try to assist someone and maybe gain a lot more knowlege along the way, this is how I got to know other fellow members.

Ouch!! Gwen, but I have to agree. If everyone wanted to divulge that kind of info then they wouldn't use pseudonyms now, would they?. You have to earn someone's trust and friendship over time and what Gwen suggested is a great way to do that. Use the PM feature as well as irc for live chat, etc if you like. @Domreis i see in your signature that you have an ipod,a psp,a ps2 an xbox and a computer.im sure some people could use your help with modding and things.using saftey valve to get you post up is idiotic and you end up getting banned for making too much usuless posts.i raked up heaps of posts just helping newbies with easy to answer questions in the xbox general section.if you have basic knowledge of modding then its easy to get your post count up theres like at least 5 questions a day from newbies and usually they need more info anyway.

ABOUT THE SUBJECT OF THIS THREAD: Well, I simply don't think it's a good idea. My name is Gerry so I chose the usename of Gerry1 so that I could be incognito. You ask that we post information so we get to know each other but the fact that I don't have a life, I'm boring and I go to bed each night at 8:00 is terribly personal and I really don't want to share it with anyone. I posted this thread to get a idea of who I am talking to every day for a hour or to, that way I know if I can say something with out offending someone!

@Looking at your name you do alot of your posting in the X-Box section... the reason why you never see me there is because I barly know anything about mods with X-Boxes so I go to the PSP, PS2, and iPod forum which is my strong side so therefor I help about 5 to 15 people a day!!!
