    hey all,

been searching and trying everything i can to make this work, but unable to come up with a solution.

just bought an lg 4120, which is in a usb 2.0 case connected to my compaq 2.8ghz laptop.

i have been trying to just 'copy' from a dvd-r to a dvd-r on the fly, and just having no luck in nero 6.3.1.17. also using alcohol 120% latest version. thought it couls be a firmware problem, so got the latest 'a102' from the lg site.

originally i was having scsi / disk at once errors in nero, but i seen to have gotten around that. but the latest error in alcohol has me stuffed.
