Hey everyone, my girl got the new EnV but video can only be in .WMV format (anyone know what vid settings they have to be too?) and the mp3 player plays .mp3 and .wma formats. I put 25 mp3's on a micro sd card but only 11 show up. They're all different bit rates so i don't get why only some work. Any and All help is appreciated. (they're also cbr and vbr so it's not that. Thanks a million:)

Hi, I think the problem is that the mp3 file names are too long. I had the same exact problem with my EnV. So on my computer,I right-clicked on the songs that weren't being recognized by my phone and selected the option "rename" and shortened the names. Then put your music back on your sd card and back in your phone. This worked very well, you shouldn't have any problems after that. give it a try
