I have a LG RC797T DVD Recorder. A friend of mine entered the 'secret' 1397139 on my remote and found the Service Technician Menu. He wanted to make my player region free(which he actually did!!)but he must have accidently altered some of the other Option Codes as well. Now my player does NOT accept any blank media such as DVD-R or DVD-RW's. It says,"unknown disc" and ejects them almost immediately. I can't even initialize them. Please, can any of you LG folks help me? I just need to know what the original factory set Option Codes are so I can change them back! The believe the problem is either with Option 6 or Option 7, but if someone could list all of the original Codes found on the Service Techs Menu I would be truly grateful. Dave
