license to play album?

    ive got an album on my pc but it wont play through nero, windows media player or anything else as it says it needs a license. but when it takes me to the download site for the license it says it cant download it because its been downloaded 10 times already
    any help appreciated guys

    Look on this page for DRM discussions. You have not explained your problem well enough to help you but I can guess you have a DRM issue.

    ive tried tunebites and some other drm removing tools but im still getting the same message
    license required to play the album
    when i click download license it says license been downloaded 10 times and wont let me download it
    ive tried burning the album but still need the license to burn it?

    If you don't have the license and can't get the license you are basically hosed.
