Hey There (AGAIN!) Sorry, I'm using this for first time and not sure if my msg is gettin out (2 many drinks whilst she catch's up with Corry!), so, Again.. Lifes hard with the 2 of us... I want to watch one thing, she wants to watch another, so, I got another super usb starview 4. Same make, model, suplier etc. Anyhow! One works, one doesn't! Done the factory reset, rescan blah blah, still! one works, one doesn't (well it gets the usual freeview stuff just not the rest). Anyone have any ideas (I think it may be a firmware thing but finding it hard to find)? PLEASE HELP! She wants Corry (Oh God!) I just want Stargate and Voyager Hope I got it right this time

is the second box flashed with the most recent firmware ,if it is you need to check your emu/keycode is switched to on .
Cheers for reply. Both boxes seem to have same firmware in place judging by system info. EMU definitely on too. I just don't get it. Think there may be a firmware glitch. Wanted to reinstall it but I can't find the right site. None of the links I find on line seem to work. The box is just crashing at 6% then giving free view only. Any ideas much, MUCH appresiated
try putting in the code manually, get the code from the box that works and edit the code in the box that wont work untill they both have the same code ,then go to sky one are sky sports and see will the channels open.
or go to- Menu - 1570 and Defualt Key and press it and exit out as to a chan like Pat advises above, if this dont work or if what pat suggest doesnt work, bring the box thats giving the problem to cable where it comes into the house, the strongest point the signal will be at, reset, rescan on your correct provider and then do what I suggest above, if this doesnt work, it could be a tuner issue with the box, but try the above firstly.
