Lightening picture when encoding with TMPGEnc

    Is it possible to bring a dull .avi to better picture sharpness
    useing TMPGEnc plus?.I have an idea that there is a way to do it,but I am at a loss on where to start.The .avi that I have downloaded
    is a little bit dull,and would I like to brighten it up.Does anyone
    know how to do this with TMPGEnc plus?.

    I would do it in virtualdub, then frameserve, but if you hit the Setting button, then on the Advanced tab, there's options.
    Double click the one you want to use, and a window will pop up with the adjustments.
