I just got my light scribe, and to get to the point, how can I make the size of the picture I choose to put on my disc change sizes? The ones I try to import only take up a small part of the disc. Can I enlarge it to take up more of the disc? I am retarded sorry.
what size are the pictures you are importing? right click the image and select properties - summary whats the width and height need to be at least 300 by 300 when the picture you import is on the template just click the picture and then arrows will appear at the top bottom sides etc stretch the image then too the size you require
Thank you for the reply. I actually have pictures of the disc that I want to put on my cd-r and the picture of the disc is too big for the template so I want to shrink down the photo a little to make it fit on just right. I have right clicked on the photo, maybe I need to spend more time messing around with it. I will use your advice and access it while I do it. Any more secrets? Joe
if you've got any photo editing software you can crop it first Microsoft picture it, as an example or just Google free photo editing software plenty of free amps around or just open the picture in paint rezise it and save it give it a different name to the original then you will still keep the original just in case you crop too much off it in Nero when the picture is in the template click any where in the middle and arrows appear around the picture the reason you probably cant see the arrows is because the picture is to big scroll down to the bottom of the page and you should see an arrow in the bottom right hand corner click on it hold mouse down and drag inwards hope that makes sense
Actually that is exactly what I needed to know. Working the way I wanted it to now. Btw do you burn it twice for a deepeer burn or just once. Thank you for the tips really helped me alot
you only burn it once light scribe only gives reasonable results I've got two light scribe burners but never use them for disk printing for better results i do my disks with my printer which can print on special coated disk's might be a better option for you to look in to
Thats what I want to get next. That look s fun as well, what do you rcomend as an ink jet printer for cd's? What brand. Thanks.
