lightscribe problem with BenQ 1655

I have the benq 1655 and having a problem with lightscribe. It does not function at all using OEM Nero that comes with the package and can not sometimes read and format/erase HP dvd lightcribe media.
any idea is highly appreciated.

don't know if your problem is solved, if not download and install next file. After writing your cd or dvd turn it upside down in your writer and lightscribe it.
