i have an lg and i can print text but not picture, it goes thru the progress show printing completed but it is blank, i use nero 7. the crazy thing is it did print once and only once
Nero is a very difficult child, that you can't put up for adoption, try using light scribes sample labeler and see if the image comes out fine http://www.lightscribe.com/DownloadSection/windows/index.aspx there are a bunch of tools here you can use for trouble shooting and repairing light scribe issues also lets try-right click my computer> properties> hardware tab> device manager> CD-ROM devices(maybe dvd/cd-rom depends on what you have) > find the drive listed and update the driver> if the problem is still occurring uninstall the driver and restart and upon login you will be prompted to install drivers for it say yes until it stops badgering you> if nothing happens upon login then go to control panel and select printers and other hardware and select the option add hardware and do it there, now if the sample labeler, nero, light scribe diagnostic tool (and other programs provided by theat link), and what i just told you to do with drivers doesn't work then you might as well junk the drive, -tripplite (last resort try cleaning your cpu for dust, ya never know)
