Hi ;-) It may be. For me it's a no brainer. The time taken is too long. Colours now available to some of us, offer little when compared to printing. Cost of media & the knowledge the image fades over time. Shortened life of laser. But for some & that special disc. Maybe archiving. It has it's followers. I have a few LS models around. Mainly because of availability at time of purchase.
got a pack of 25 lightscribe able disks.. burned one to see what it looked like havent burned another.. dont know why but have no need..
