Hi, Been taking advantage of this forums advice forever but this is my first post so hopefully i can get some help

    my problem/question is

i have a westell 6100 modem, and i bought a linksys router to connect to/replace it so that i could connect a laptop to it wirelessly, i found out the house im in has verizon but not cable, the router i have is a linksys wcg200 cable gateway?

and obviously i cant connect the phone line (that i assume is the thing in the westell modem) into it, my question is can i connect the linksys router/modem to the westell modem so i could still use it as a wireless router and wired for one pc and how to do this
if i was unclear or you have any other questions please ask
    thank you ^^
EDIT: the router i want to connect is acable modem/router so it has no wan/internet port ?

you get internet into your pc ? HOW?

if it's usb then you can send the internet back out via your ethernet connection into the cable router and then to the world.......... or your lappy

if it's ethernet from the modem.... then into the cable router and out into everything you need

a quick google says : The Westell 6100 is a DSL modem/router which provides a DSL internet connection to a single computer via either a USB or ethernet cable, after a telephone cord and power adapter are connected to the back of it.
