Linksys Router Log in issue

    Hi all,

    Ive got a new laptop running windows 7 and have dicided to use utorrent. I wanted to do port forwarding so im logging onto my routers (WRT54GS) web based set up but when I enter the ssis and password it doesnt work. I can log onto the internet using my router password but cant enter the setup bit.

    Arnt the password and user name the same?

    Why wont it log in?

    I would suggest you reset the router. I know usually Linksys routers all the default user name as admin password the same. That's what I do when I have an issue and I too have the WRT54GS.

    Its just ive set up my ps3 n all that so didnt want to undo all the settings but maybe ive got no choice like u say. ;(
