Type in your web browser: 192.168.1.1

this should get you into your routers configuration page and you should be able to take it from there.

I had the same problem you did and i ended up returning it to the store. i bought a second computer and noticed how much i really needed it so i bought another one. Just disable your antivirus or firewall and it should work if you set it up properly.

Just as borhan9 said, just type 192.168.1.1 into your browser, and in the router setup there should be a tab called MAC clone, just apply your nic's mac id and reset the router and your modem then it should work. to find your nic's mac id goto -->start-->run-->type cmd-->and in the black dos box, -->type ipconfig/all.
