Lite-On burner - reviews welcome, please.

    1. Does anyone have this burner? What are your thoughts - good/bad, love it, hate it? I want the booktype capability.

    2. Also, does anyone know anything about the Plextor brand? Does it - a particular model-have the ability to change the booktype?

    Lite-On are good drives

    the new plextors (PX-800A / PX-810SA) don't booktype, the older models do like the PX-716A / PX-760A etc. Plextor builds great drive though

    Not any more. Just some re-badged cheap NEC drive.
