Lite on Lh 20A1P Playback problems

    Hello Everyone
    Im new here and i see its a great community!

    But anyways, I just bought an lite om lh 20a1p and it burns ok, reads the discs, but will not playback any type of disc. the only type of discs that work are data discs. It also will not let me upgrade the firmware.

    Please help, will be greatly appreciated .

    I have this same drive and it plays everything fine. What is it not playing music CD's or DVD movies? If it is movies do you have a DVD playing program installed like Power DVD or WinDVD etc..?

    I talked to lite on on they told me it was an defective one, thanks for the help bbmayo
