Has anyone had any experience with these burners? If so, were your experiences positive or negative?

How compatible are the drives with various types of media? I have read and heard many bad reviews of the Liteon 411s on the 'net but haven't actually spoken to anyone that has used one personally. I am particularly interested in their compatibility with Princo DVD-Rs.

At this point in time I am swaying towards the Pioneer A06 (106), regardless of the burn speeds because of reliability issues.

Also, being the DVD burning newbie I am, I have a couple of questions... 1. How easy is it to copy DVD to DVD? 2. How many minutes of audio can you burn to a DVD-R (4.7GB)? I want to play them in my car stereo.

Thanks in advance for your time!
    Ty

Go to www.dvdrhelp.com. Then the section on DVD writers. Should be many posts from owners of both burners.

I have a lite on, friend has pioneer both of us have had no problims. i have never used Princo DVD-Rs tho, i always use Memorex 4x DvD+R, Best Buy always has them on sale 50 for $50.00
Burning a dvd takes no time and is simple go to
    http://www.afterdawn.com/software/video_software/dvd_rippers/dvd_shrink.cfm
to get the latest version of Shrink(look at the forums for help on Shrink) you will also need something like Nero to burn. Also are you sure your car stereo can play a DvD-R in it?
