Liteon DVD-ROM LTD122 - to be regionfree!!!

    Hello...

    I have a Liteon "DVD-ROM LTD122" - and it is set as a "Region 2"-player... but I'd really like to have it unlocked, so I can play the DVD I bought today (region 1) !!!
    What do I do??? Please... I'm not so firm with all this computer stuff... HELP!

    The DVD-ROM was created with the possibility to change regions four times... I havn't used any yet.

    All you need is the software "DVD Region-Free", you can watch all region DVDs on your RPC2 DVD drive even if it has been locked.

    You don't need flash any firmware which is sometimes dangerous, useless or unavailable.

    You can download "DVD Region-Free" at http://www.dvdidle.com/download/DVDRegionFree11.exe
