LiteOn Ext 16X Burner

    Recently bought the Liteon 16X Ext burner that brought the OEM packet (PwRDVD and NERO)No success in DVD burning, I get the msg: CSS encrypted and cannot burn. Is this because it using NERO for the burn engine? and is there a way to change burn engines.
