I have been having some problems lately when I try to convert a avi to dvd in Neroultra8. Ill come back to the pc after 2 hours expecting to either have a burned dvd OR a folder to hard drive written ( tried both ways) and sometimes I am simply looking at my pcs desktop. it's like Nero magically decides at some point to just shut itself down. Would someone be so kind as to tell me where to find the error log file so I can at least try and see whats going on? Unless IM just blind I cannot find the menu path for it in nero etc. Thanks! ( and any input on the nero shut down would be appreciated also)
Well im at work and not at home but I "think" ive found in a search of the forums where the nero 8 logs are...I will lok when home... Can anyone ( without a log post prob hard I know) offer a good spot to start looking as to why nero just shuts itself down while transcoding ( not all the time but enough to be a royal pain..esp after 2 hours of work)
