Hi Steven, logitech is a well known brand. There have been some complaints that their wiring has been on the cheap side with respect to their headphones, but that's about it.The price shown is quite low, so the base module may not perform to your expectations. But it is an exceptional buy, just don't expect to perform as a true home theatre set up with good speakers and large power amplifiers would. Jo
