I'm going to say with 99% certainty that you cannot use your cell phone directly as a microphone. If you can record voice memos with your phone, you might then be able to transfer them to your computer. But even if you could use your phone as a mic, the quality would be awful. You can get computer mics for so cheap these days anyways...go to Frys' or Radio Shack or Best Buy or something. You should be able to get a basic cheap one for $10.
