Hey all-- is there a freeware tool I can use to splice/join MP3 files together. Basically I've got a bunch of mp3s that I made from an audiobook but the player I have causes a hickup between tracks which is really annoying. I want to join the mp3s together into one big mp3, is there a freeware tool to do it for Win32 or say Java? thanks!
I usually use either Mp3 Splitter & Joiner or Mp3 Surgeon, however both are not freeware. But we do have a piece of software here called mp33 direct cut which is a mp3 splitter and is freeware. Have not personally tried it, but it should do the trick... http://www.afterdawn.com/software/audio_software/mp3_tools/mp3directcut.cfm
