Losing HDMI Input Assignment on Denon 988

    I have a Denon AVR988 receiver that seems to undo my input assignments for HDMI to my Sat box and DVD player. Is there a way to stop the receiver from changing the HDMI use to "NONE" and simpy lock in the HDMI1 assignment?

    Any advice/help offer is appreciated..m.

    Only thing I can think of is maybe you're not pushing "Enter", after assigning each piece to HDMI? If that's not it, you may need to contact Denon.

    Thank you, not sure if I did.. but I do know that after setting the input to HDMI1 and exiting the menu, I was able to watch the DVD. The next day, the DVD input was not on HDMI1.
