loss of channels

    Just wondered if anyone could help. I have seemed to of lost all my channels accept about 40. I have tried re scanning, turning on the EMU but no luck any suggetions.

    Ive got a star view box and am located in bristol.

    Menu > Factory Setting
    PIN 0000
    OK to delete

    Turn box off at the back for a minute and turn back on

    English > Installation
    Choose Provider
    Automatic Scan
    Press OK
    Channels found
    Exit

    Menu 1570
    Turn EMU key ON

    Exit , exit , exit
