They is currently a national issue with these channels, checked vermins site and it time stamped at 23:48 so it should be back on in a few hours
I lost my channels too channels are fine now in UK http://forums.afterdawn.com/t.cfm/f-59/new_starview_4_firmware_or_patch_where-805288/ reset to factory default automatic scan channels menu > 1570 > set and key on USB update v1.12 wait a while , channels will fill in fine worked a treat for me like the guys in my help post suggested
