lost download

    I purchased a download for a DVD rather than wait for snail mail. It downloaded but I am unable to find it. I'm older and rather new to computers so where can I go to look for it. Next time maybe I should pay the $20.00 more and do it the old fashion way. If anyone has any suggestions, I would be so appreciative.

    moved to correct forum as not a feedback & suggestions issue. check in "my documents" as might be there.

    have you got a downloads file on your computer,might wanna look there.could try using the search function on your computer.
