hi i have two starview box super, one downstairs and the other in the bedroom i know pretty soon all the channels will be gone so i'm trying to get as much as possible before they do.all the channels on the downstairs box work fine but upstairs i've lost s*y sports 1 s** premier and premier+ and also espn i've purchased a splitter amplifier but still have not got those channels,i've rescanned and gone to factory settings, all the other channels are ok,when i go on the lost channels it say's "scrambled or bad channel" but when i check the signal on these channels the level and quality seem fine any ideas thank you.
bring it down stairs connect it to where your other box is and rescan for chans, if they come in, put the box back upstairs or plug it in and if they are working downstairs, then your signal is the issue, eithe coming in or on route to the box upstairs
thanks for reply did what you said took box downstairs and factory set rescanned and the channels are still missing even when plugged in downstairs but the original downstairs box still has all the channels could it be a firmware problem?
quick update i've downloaded gtrom_super_8.04e and scanned back to factory settings but still cant get s*y sports 1 s** premier premier+ and espn any ideas at all. cheers
