so i have some encrypted jpeg files. There is no way for me to get my old security certificate - did a fresh install and moved the locked files to my external! didn't know that was a big no-no. do any of you nerds know how to deal with this. I contacted microsoft and they said I'm screwed. . . someone help me!!! these are baby pictures of my kids
