I´ve tried to look this up but it seems everyone keeps talking about .mkv, so didn´t find out what I wanted to know... So, I got t4 salvation on my hdd, full copy of the bluray disc. Now, one of the .m2ts in the stream folder is about 1,5 gigabytes, and includes ONLY the ending credits. It is 1080p. So, is it possible to resize it to 720p, WITHOUT other changes, keeping it as a .m2ts, and the whole BD still playable normally? Why I´m asking is because I want to turn BD-R 50 to BD-R 25, and decide myself what is necessary and what isn´t. The plan is to keep movie as 1080p and turn extras and other stuff to 720p. So goal is to keep credits, but at least drop them to 720p, and even better to pack them smaller, its not like they need a very good picture quality... Possible?
Yes give BD RD a try...... http://forums.afterdawn.com/t.cfm/f..._at_version_0_31_05_december_8th_2009-733781/
Far as i know BD RB does this for you but you can't go thur selecting what you want to author.BD RD will shrink the whole disc down to BD 25 with menu's & everything that on the disc.
Yes, but it isn´t quite what I was after then, it would be too tiresome to pack the whole disc to get every .m2ts to the quality I want, not what BD RB wants :/
http://www.sonycreativesoftware.com/blurayauthoring I've been meaning to try these out. Haven't gotten around to it.
