    Hey Guys,

I have a single m2ts file (26gig) on my ps3 but the audio seems to have messed up. Should I be able to place a bluray movie m2ts file on my computer and play it fine?

    Thanks,
    Pete

dont think theres anyway you can copy a file from your ps3 to you computer. but if you CAN get it on there a Blu-ray m2ts file should play fine on your computer. as long as you you have all the right components that is...

one question, how the f*uck did you get a 26GB file on your ps3?

    you stream it?

    zax,

I mis-typed in that thread, I have a m2ts file with DTS MA that I transferred to the PS3 (using PS3 media server, yes it took awhile). It wouldn't play the audio and now I know why (which is why i'm trying to rencode it). The most odd thing is I tried to play the movie as AVCHD and it stops 15 min into with a disc read error, the error code is one that sony (I called them) says is new to them. I did a search on the code and a bunch of chinese forums come up. I'm hoping it will work after I turn the DTS MA into pcm.
