M3/R4, can I get anyone is ok. HELP

I live in England and not want to buy online. I want to use it play my games at once. I cant wait .
Does anyone know where to get one in the shops?
(i dont care if it's M3 or R4 ds)

You can buy it from ebay, just type r4 nds and u can search some.
