I just received my M3 real and I believe I have set it up perfectly. I downloaded the SYSTEM data and put it on the root, and the M3 does boot up fine and I can browse all menus. I created a NDS folder on the root and put some games there. I can see them in the M3 menu and I can choose to play them. After it loads, some games just hang on a black screen, and I even got Ouendan to show the "Best played with headphones" screen, but then it hung on a black screen after that. What could I possibly be doing wrong?

I'm using a kingston brand 2gb micro SD.

Edit: I have the GBA expansion card and GBA games DO work. Also, the DS games are definitely in unrard .nds format. They are also completely unpatched and clean.

Edit 2: I am using SYSTEM v3.7 E24 from linFox Domain.

Looks like I fixed it myself, I went one system firmware down (3.6) and it works fine now. Interesting though, it seems the save data format changed between the versions. I had .sav files from my old M3 and I converted them to .0 files because the 3.7 firmware was looking for .0 files (and it would create them if they weren't found). Did they just barely change the save format during the 3.6->3.7 transition? Also, is there a mass save conversion tool? I found the save conversion tool but it only did 1 file at a time and I a lot of saves.
