Macbook 13 inch!

    im looking for oppinions from mac users. I am seriously considering buying one of the new macbooks. I was wondering what you guys though about the new laptop and if its worth the low price tag...

    also one more thing...does the optical digital and analog audio in/out mean that i can connect the laptop to a normal surround sound system so that the system receives dolby digital signal when i play dvd's? and if so what cables would i need for that???

    Yeah the MacBook is definitely worth the price. It has all the latest features in it. The price is also very good. If you are considering on buying one I would suggest getting the $1100 version because their really isn't that big of a difference. At amazon you can get it for $1000 after $100 rebate.

    NO. trust me man. I listen to TWiT and they were talking about this. Get the cheap MacBook. trust me. Also get the white one because they shell i guess is better protected and its the real apple white. The black just looks painted on. They also over heat!

    OK get the cheap one. Well the 2.0GHz one and get the lowest amount of RAM. Then go to BestBuy whatever and buy a two gig stick. It will cost you way less to do this.
