my dad is currently in the market for a new plasma tv. these are the two he has found at prices he likes. just looking for a little more expert advise. First is the Magnavox 50" . . .model number 50MF231D/37 $1599 Second is the Samsung 50" . . .model number HPS5033 $2191 All the rating on both boxes have been great, so just wanted to know your opinion. We were briefly looking at the 50" Vizio until we noticed massive burn in problems. Thanks for any help you guys can give.
samsung has been putting out some high rated plasmas look for one with all the latest tech on it one thing of note is magnavox is now manufactured by phillips so they have gotten lots better a good recource to check out is pcmag.com they have a ocmplet guideto hdtv buying also you can go to pricegrabber.com and epinions.com for user reviews another source for good info is tirgerdirect.com
