Make Windows Faster? Changing the Prefetch option

    Hello,
    I found this guide quite by chance that clames it will speed up Windows. To me it seams abit risky as I dont know anything about 'Prefetch Parameters'. I would like some peoples opinions on this who know what there talking about as we all know editing the registry is tempting fate if you dont know what your doing.
