I have a folder of video files that contains about 400 music videos in .avi format. I tried to 'copy' and 'paste' the items into Microsoft Word but the computer thinks I'm trying to copy the actual video files onto microsoft word. I'm trying to make a list of the video files I have on a document so that I don't have multiple copies of the same file. Can anybody help me out with what I'm trying to do? Thanks.

LOL that was ambitious. Try this- http://hacks.oreilly.com/pub/h/611

Another method you can try is open up Firefox and in the address bar type in "file:///C:" (without speech marks). Note- C: can be changed to whatever directory you want :D Hope this all helped.
    edit--
If you screw up your comp (Folders wont open) then open up the RUN command and type this in "regsvr32 /i shell32.dll" without speech marks and click OK, wait for it to fix in a few seconds and click OK.
