making a rolling sig

i was just wondering how to make say a scrolling sig i have seen some neat ones on here thanks

He He! Yes, however it is the most complicated interface I'v ever used.

PS all three of my sigs were made using this I'll point you to a quick tutorial for beginners that I did for the userbars my bottom sig.

Here sorry you need to download the second program to install gimp (it used to be on there website saying that you need to download this first)

i downl;oaded same thing almost ,called ulead gif animator 5 free trial. when i try to open it ,it opens but then goes away....any ideas ?????????

hellraise I believe you are a former member of some sort....sometimes its a big help to yourself if you take time to read as the link was at the bottom of the software description. No worries we are still here to assist where we all can.
