making a video song problem

    hi friend , i had a movie which is in .avi format. when i tried to cut a video clip (song) after cutting the resultant video clip doesnot have sound quality means it lacks bass and not getting sound quality of orginal one. i had use power video convertor software for cutting the video. please help me in this problem so that i could maintain the same quality of orginal for the cutted video song.

    See if the file will load/drag into VirtualDub.
    Select 'Video' 'Direct Stream Copy', use the slider and marking flags to highlight the section to keep and click 'File' 'Save as AVI'.
    The clip will be saved using the original, unchanged, video and audio.
    It should play exactly the same as the original (large) file.

    hi friend thanks for the reply, the file loads in nandub but please help me to find the sliders for the cutting process.

    It's VirtualDub, not 'NanDub'.
